在传统的四杆机构刚体导引中,使用类型图的方法,对由Burmester曲线综合出的全部四杆机构进行属性分类,使得设计者可以在众多可行的机构综合方案中迅速定位到满足工程需要的机构。在此基础上,提出了适合类型图的缺陷甄别算法,进一步降低了四杆机构刚体导引的盲目性,提高了设计效率。文中以Matlab为试验平台,将类型图法应用到滑移装载机的工作装置设计中,取得了满意的结果。
