以来自国内外的10株双孢蘑菇品种为试验材料,采用工厂化栽培方法,对栽培过程中产量、形成原基时间、转潮时间、单位菇质量、菇体形态等栽培特性进行比较,对不同品种优良性状进行评价。结果表明:M10可作为选育短周期品种和机械化采收品种的亲本;M2、M3、M7、M10可作为选育适宜工厂化生产品种的亲本;M5、M6、M8可作为选育农户生产品种的亲本;M2、M3、M6、M7、M9、M11可作为选育高产品种的亲本;M1、M2、M3、M7、M11可作为选育生产二潮菇品种的亲本;M2、M3、M9可作为选育优质菇型品种的亲本;M1、M5、M6、M8可作为选育优质品种的亲本。
Ten varieties of Agaricus bisporus from domestic and abroad were used as experimental materials and the cultivation methods were used to compare the cultivation characteristics such as yield, primordium time, tide time, quality of mushrooms and morphology of mushrooms. Different varieties of good traits were evaluated. The results showed that: M10 could be used as the parent for breeding short-term and mechanized harvesting varieties; M2, M3, M7 and M10 could be used as parents for the selection of suitable industrialized varieties; M5, M6 and M8 could be used as breeding varieties M2, M3, M6, M7, M9 and M11 could be used as parents for breeding high-yielding cultivars; M1, M2, M3, M7 and M11 could be used as parents for the breeding of Erchaogi mushroom; As the parent of high-quality mushroom varieties; M1, M5, M6, M8 can be used as breeding parents of high-quality varieties.
