本文在介绍了一般化传感器结构模型基础上,给出了表征电动力式传感器全部特性的数学方程——电动力式传感器数学模型。依据理论上的结论,设计了校准电动力式传感器无阻尼及有阻尼共振频率两种电测方法。
In this paper, based on the introduction of the generalized sensor structure model, a mathematical model of electromotive force sensor, which is used to characterize all the characteristics of the electrodynamic force sensor, is given. Based on the theoretical conclusion, two kinds of electrical measurement methods, namely, un-damped and damped resonant frequency, are designed.
