通过对南京理工大学26名三级跳远男子运动员进行三级跳远踏板准确性研究的结果表明,使用后六步增加第二标志线的标记法和带引跑的后六步设置第二标志线的三点标记法能使运动员步点稳定性高,也更有利于提高运动员踏板的准确性。运动员在三级跳远的助跑过程中,采用固定的启动方式、助跑距离、助跑速度对运动员准确踏板更为有利。训练时与运动员的沟通很重要,时刻掌握运动员的心理状况是保证训练效果的重要手段;客观环境因素的变化对运动员运动水平的发挥有着很大的影响。对比运动员采用三种不同的助跑方式时其步点准确性的差异,可以为日后教练员和运动员在进行比赛训练时提供参考,同时也可为国内的学者打开思路,促进三级跳远最终成绩的提高,进而提高三级跳远的水平。
