文章以阿拉善左旗为例介绍了山洪灾害防治概况和监测预警系统建设进展,运用互联网思维审视了现有山洪灾害监测预警网络平台建设和应用方面的局限与不足,提出了打造“互联网+洪涝灾害监测预警预报公众服务信息网络平台”的目标构想和行动方向,并对通过跨行业模式复制和多部门数据共享建设涵盖各类自然灾害的“全国防灾减灾公众服务信息网络平台”的前景进行了展望。
