起重机作为大型起重运输机械,如果操作不当,可能导致起重机侧倾甚至倾覆等事故,为了防止起重机倾覆事故的发生,国家规定使用16t以上的起重机必须安装力矩限制器。运用80C196KC16位单片机研制臂架型起重机力矩限制器,包括硬件电路和软件的设计。所研制的臂架型力矩限制器能够实时监测起重机械的起重力矩数据,将超载工况下的工作参数以及相对应的时间数据实时存储,并且在断电的状态下存储的数据不会丢失,同时能够发出声光报警;通过监控力矩开关信号,判断力矩是否继续增加,自动控制起重机的液压系统,使起重机停止起重作业。利用电子技术、传感测试技术等方面的成果,在不改变该力矩限制器硬件的基础上,修改软件参数,可运用于不同型号的起重机械。
