有些青年教师平时课能上得很好,但一遇到公开课就漏洞百出,甚至“砸锅”。这里固然有青年教师学业不够精深,教育学心理学规律运用不够熟练的原因,而要上好公开课,对教师还有一些特有的要求,现提出,供年轻的同行们参考。一、要有良好的心里状态,切忌恐惧紧张。公开课必定是一些同行、领导或专家们听课,虽然“学习”是他们的目的之一,但检查评判有时是更主要的。执教者产生一定的紧张心理是正常的,它可以促使你更谨慎地上好这节课。但考虑太多了,必定适得其反。一味去想“砸锅”后的恶果,形成了沉重的思想包袱,将使你无法有条理地去想教材、想学生,抖动的手无法很好地板书、实验。心理失常
