本转子实验台的远程监测系统利用DRVI搭建远程实验的测控软件平台,ZIGBEE技术完成主机与实验台的通信,从而构成了完整的远程实验监控系统,其中ZIGBEE技术包括硬件搭建和软件编程。该系统实现了实验资源的大范围共享,无论从空间上还是时间上,都极大地提高了实验设备的利用率。最终节省了大量资金、人员和资源等,同时大大改进了有线网络的灵活性差、移动性差,安装复杂,不易于扩展和故障定位难等缺点。从而提高了科研效率和降低了科研成本。
The remote monitoring system of the rotor test stand uses DRVI to build a remote test and control software platform, and ZIGBEE technology completes the communication between the host and the test stand to form a complete remote experiment monitoring system. The ZIGBEE technology includes hardware construction and software programming. The system has realized the large-scale sharing of experimental resources, both in space and time, have greatly improved the utilization of experimental equipment. In the end, a great deal of capital, personnel and resources are saved, meanwhile the disadvantages of poor flexibility, poor mobility, complicated installation, difficult expansion and fault location are greatly improved. Thus raising the scientific research efficiency and reducing the scientific research cost.
