Objective: To investigate the feasibility of using 64-slice spiral CT in the study of hepatic veins in normal living and to observe the general morphology and movement of hepatic veins in three-dimensional reconstruction. Methods: 153 normal subjects were injected into the median cubital vein with contrast medium and scanned with 64 - slice spiral CT for the upper abdomen. The images were collected and the hepatic veins reconstructed by volume rendering (VR) technique. Results: The reconstructed image is clear and can show the relationship between the 6 ~ 8 vessels and the surrounding tissues. The results of 153 cases of hepatic veins were as follows: ①3 branch type, accounting for 35.3% (54 cases); ② middle and left co-stem type, accounting for 41.8% (64 cases); ③ middle and left co-stem type, accounting for 20.9% Cases); ④ middle and right total dry type, accounting for 2.0% (3 cases). Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT can be used as an effective method to study the morphology of living hepatic veins. Three-dimensional reconstruction can display the normal anatomical types and findings of hepatic veins more accurately and comprehensively, and the images are clear. The study on living hepatic veins is better The clinical value.
