随着社会经济的不断发展,医学模式的转变,城市卫生问题越来越严峻,居民的卫生保健需求越来越迫切。如何解决城市卫生问题,满足居民日益增长的卫生保健需求,使全体居民享受到有效的卫生保健服务,是摆在城区政府面前的重要任务。1991年我区开始实施初级卫生保健工作,根据广州市政府的要求,我区的初保工作,必须在1995年提前达标。对此,我区作出了积极的响应。经过5年的努力,全区已建立健全了初保管理体系,各项目标任务得到全面落实,取得了显著成效,顺利地通过了省、市联合审评组的达标审评。1 提高认识,加强领导 城市实施“2000年人人享有卫生保健”这一全球战略目标,既是社会经济发展的重要组成部分,也是解决城市居民卫生保健问题,提高人群健康水平的重要途径,同时,也是为民办实事,改善投资环境,响应广州市委、市政府创建国际大都
With the continuous development of the social economy and the transformation of the medical model, urban health issues have become more and more severe, and the residents’ health care needs have become increasingly urgent. How to solve urban health problems, meet the increasing health care needs of residents and enable all residents to enjoy effective health care services is an important task facing the urban government. In 1991, our district began to implement primary health care. According to the requirements of the Guangzhou Municipal Government, the initial protection work in our district must be met in advance in 1995. In this regard, our district has made a positive response. After five years of hard work, the district has established and improved the primary insurance management system, and all targets and tasks have been fully implemented. The significant results have been achieved, and the provincial and municipal joint review teams have successfully passed the standard review. 1 Raising awareness and strengthening the implementation of the global strategic goal of “Health for All for All in 2000” in leading cities is not only an important part of socio-economic development, but also an important way to solve the health problems of urban residents and improve the health of the population. It is also for the people to do practical things, improve the investment environment, and respond to the Guangzhou Municipal Committee and the municipal government to create an international metropolis.
