在社会主义初级阶段,如何正视并认真对待存在于社会生活各个领域中大量的、复杂的、多变的人民内部矛盾,是摆在无产阶级政党面前的一个重大课题。正因如此,我们党的几代领导人都十分重视这个问题。新时期人民内部矛盾主要表现在三个领域:经济领域、政治领域、思想文化领域。其中政治领域内的领导与群众的矛盾尤其值得关注,它涉及各个领域,对其他矛盾具有制约和支配作用。由于我们党处于执政地位,领导与群众的矛盾处理不好,党就会有失去群众的危险。在研究新时期人民内部矛盾时,正确认识和处理领导与群众的矛盾具有非常重要的现实意义。
In the initial stage of socialism, how to face up to and take seriously the large number of contradictions among the people in all fields of social life is a major issue before the proletarian party. It is precisely for this reason that several generations of our party leaders have attached great importance to this issue. The contradictions among the people in the new period are mainly manifested in three fields: the economic field, the political field and the ideological and cultural field. In particular, the conflict between leaders and the masses in the political field deserves special attention. It involves various fields and has the restriction and dominance over other conflicts. Since our party is in a ruling position and the contradictions between the leadership and the masses are not handled well, the party risks losing the masses. When studying the contradictions among the people in the new period, it is of great practical significance to correctly understand and handle the contradictions between the leadership and the masses.
