一、我国音像业改革的理论问题改革没有现成的模式,是“摸着石头过河”。文化体制改革不仅仅是文化领域本身的改革,它要与行业体制、社会、意识形态领域等方面的改革连在一块,甚至涉及国际经济关系和社会稳定。这正说明了这项改革的复杂性和艰巨性。理论是行动的指南和先导。只有在理论上弄通弄懂一些关键性问题,改革才能深入和深化,否则就会犹豫不决、举棋不定。
