1管理制度1.1成立急诊职业防护管理与监督小组由科室主任、护士长及本科室兼职监控医师、护士组成。具体职责如下。①根据医院感染管理工作总体计划,结合实际,制订急诊血源性职业防护措施,并落实到位。②负责监督本科室人员血源性病原体诊疗工作中暴露伤后的处理、评估、预防及随访,重点做好预防血源性疾病传播的要点工作;执行消毒隔离制度及无菌操作技术规范情况;监督医疗废物处置情况。③监控护士每月完成日常监控及质量管理
