液浮伺服摆式加速度计具有高精度、高分辨率、高可靠性等优异性能,研究此类加速度计动态特性是扩大其应用领域的关键问题。其低g动态特性的测试则是尚未解决的问题。本文提出一种利用信号分析和处理技术、随机转动激励、测量传递函数和倒传递函数的新方法,方法可以降低到标定设备的要求、不受外界环境干扰的影响、测试结果直观全面、且能实现实时和现场标定。文中对本方法的原理作了详细说明,并列出了实验验证的数据和图表以及有关分析说明和进一步提高的途径。
