在建筑行业,各种基坑中的桩基多用到承载基桩和功能围护基桩,所以很多工程技术人员特别注重建筑桩基工程检测质量控制。桩基在建筑工程的土木工程中应用最为广泛,因为其具有承载力高、稳定性好、沉降收敛快、变形量小等诸多优点。如今由于建筑施工水平的上升,相应对于桩基工程的质量也有了较高标准的新要求,比如:桩身的完整性、桩的承载力大小、桩基高应变等。本篇文章主要探讨桩基检测技术要求和存在问题、桩身完整性检测质量控制、桩基承载力方面及相关检测质量控制的措施。
In the construction industry, a variety of pits in the pile foundation used to carry more foundation piles and functional fences, so many engineers and technicians pay special attention to the construction of pile foundation engineering quality control testing. Pile foundation is widely used in civil engineering of building engineering because it has many advantages such as high bearing capacity, good stability, fast settling convergence and small deformation. Nowadays, due to the rise of the construction level, there is also a higher standard of new requirements for the quality of the pile foundation engineering, such as the integrity of the pile body, the bearing capacity of the pile, and the high strain of pile foundation. This article mainly discusses the technical requirements and problems of pile foundation testing, the quality control of pile integrity testing, the bearing capacity of pile foundation and the related quality control measures.
