探讨贻贝对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。将50只小鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、3个贻贝组(20%、50%、80%),并制备酒精性肝损伤模型;同时检测各小鼠血清ALT、AST水平,并在光镜下观察肝脏病理学变化。结果表明:模型组ALT、AST明显高于对照组(P<0.01)和3个贻贝组(P<0.05),肝脏也出现明显的病理变化,治疗组变化程度相对较轻,从而证明贻贝对酒精性肝损伤可以起到一定的保护作用。
To explore the protective effect of mussels on alcoholic liver injury in mice. Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model group, three mussels group (20%, 50%, 80%), and alcoholic liver injury model was prepared. ALT, AST The liver pathological changes were observed under light microscope. The results showed that the ALT and AST in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01) and the three mussels group (P <0.05), and the pathological changes in the liver were also observed. The changes in the treatment group were relatively mild. Alcoholic liver injury can play a protective role.
