海洛因滥用已成为危害人类身心健康，影响家庭安宁和社会安全的一大公害。从医学的角度看，吸毒成瘾者也是病人，是护理的对象，同样需要护士运用现代护理的理论和技术，为吸毒者戒除不良习惯，摆脱毒品的危害。所谓戒毒就是滥用药物的戒断。戒毒护理是一种特殊的护理方式，也是一项多学科的系统工程，因为从吸毒的原因看，有个人的，也有家庭和社会的，从毒品对吸毒者的损害来说，不仅有躯体的，更主要是心理和社会生活影响〔１〕，所以戒毒是全方位的治疗、护理和管理。现将有关海洛因滥用的护理进展综述如下。
Heroin abuse has become a major public hazard that endangers human health and physical well-being, affects family tranquility and social security. From a medical point of view, drug addicts are also patients and are the objects of care. Nurses also need to apply the theories and techniques of modern nursing to rid themselves of bad habits and eliminate the dangers of drugs. The so-called drug abuse is abstinence from drug abuse. Drug detoxification is a special form of nursing care and a multidisciplinary systematic project because of the reasons for drug abuse. There are individuals and families as well as the society. From the perspective of drug abuse to drug addicts, not only physical , But mainly psychological and social life [1], so drug treatment is a comprehensive treatment, care and management. The progress of nursing care on heroin abuse is summarized below.
