目的探讨OPTIMUS超声光散射乳腺成像系统对乳腺肿瘤疾病的诊断价值。方法采用OPTIMUS超声光散射乳腺成像系统测量350例乳腺肿瘤患者病变内部最高血红蛋白浓度(MHC),以病理结果判断肿瘤良恶性、淋巴结转移情况,免疫组化检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血小板-内皮细胞黏附分子CD31的表达。分析MHC与肿瘤良恶性、淋巴结转移及VEGF、CD31表达的相关性。结果230例为良性病变,120例为恶性病变。恶性病变的MHC高于良性病变[(214.17±72.10)μmol/L vs.(119.70±54.16)μmol/L](P<0.01);有淋巴结转移者的MHC高于无淋巴结转移者[(240.61±61.26)μmol/L vs.(202.66±73.99)μmol/L](P<0.05)。恶性病变VEGF、CD31表达呈阳性或强阳性,良性病变呈阴性;淋巴结转移者VEGF、CD31表达呈强阳性,无淋巴结转移者呈阳性。结论 OPTIMUS超声光散射乳腺成像系统对乳腺良、恶性病变的有较好的鉴别诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of OPTIMUS ultrasound light scattering breast imaging system in diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods The highest intrahepatic hemoglobin (MHC) in 350 cases of breast cancer was measured by OPTIMUS ultrasonic light scattering system. The pathological results were used to determine the malignant and lymph node metastasis. The expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet - Expression of endothelial cell adhesion molecule CD31. The correlation between MHC and benign and malignant tumor, lymph node metastasis and the expression of VEGF and CD31 were analyzed. Results 230 cases of benign lesions, 120 cases of malignant lesions. The MHC of malignant lesions was higher than that of benign lesions [(214.17 ± 72.10) μmol / L vs (119.70 ± 54.16) μmol / L] (P <0.01), while those with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis [(240.61 ± 61.26) μmol / L vs. (202.66 ± 73.99) μmol / L] (P <0.05). Malignant lesions of VEGF, CD31 expression was positive or strong positive, benign lesions were negative; lymph node metastasis VEGF, CD31 expression was strongly positive, no lymph node metastasis were positive. Conclusion OPTIMUS ultrasonic light scattering breast imaging system has good differential diagnostic value in breast benign and malignant lesions.
