由于劳动者报酬分配的公平性、合理性对其工作积极性产生的影响不容忽视,绩效工资改革已经成为当前事业单位普遍需要解决的重要问题。本文首先系统介绍了我国事业单位工资制度的历史进程,并通过对事业单位现行工资制度及绩效工资改革中面临的主要问题的分析,提出事业单位绩效工资改革的相关建议。
Due to the fairness and rationality of the remuneration distribution of workers, the impact on the enthusiasm of their work can not be ignored. The reform of performance-based salary has become an important issue that the public institutions generally need to solve. This paper first systematically introduces the historical process of the wage system of public institutions in our country, and through the analysis of the current wage system in public institutions and the main problems in the reform of the performance pay, puts forward some suggestions on the performance wage reform in public institutions.
