1998年以来,我国经济一直为遏制通货紧缩而战,连续3年增发3600亿元国债,投入基础设施建设,带动银行贷款等配套资金投入7500亿元。应该说,在经济增速趋缓,其他投资主体投资意愿不足的情况下,政府加大投资力度,对经济的稳定增长起到了至关重要的作用。
Since 1998, China’s economy has been fighting for deflation. It has issued another 360 billion yuan of treasury bonds for 3 years in succession and put it into infrastructure construction so as to boost 750 billion yuan of supporting funds such as bank loans. It should be said that with the slowdown in economic growth and the lack of willingness of other investors to invest, the government has stepped up its investment and played a crucial role in the steady growth of the economy.
