科学工作流是数字化科研的强有力工具,其基本构成部分是Web服务。在生物信息学应用领域,Web服务一般通过本体进行语义描述,并封装成语义Web服务。文章以描述逻辑及其SHIQ语言为基础,研究目的在于定义生物信息学领域的Web服务语义描述框架,主要方法包括服务的语法与语义定义,语义Web服务的查询与匹配以及多服务的组合机制。最后以DNA序列查询以及格式转换为例,论述了具体的应用方式,实际使用有较好的效果。研究结论是:语义封装以及语义查询可以很好解决无状态Web服务查询匹配的精确度问题。
Scientific workflow is a powerful tool for digital research, the basic part of which is Web services. In the field of bioinformatics applications, Web services are generally semantically described ontology and encapsulated into semantic web services. Based on the description logic and its SHIQ language, the research aims to define the semantic description framework of Web services in the field of bioinformatics. The main approaches include the syntax and semantic definition of services, the query and match of semantic Web services and the combination mechanism of multi-services. Finally, the DNA sequence query and format conversion as an example, discusses the specific application, the actual use of better results. The conclusion of the study is that semantic encapsulation and semantic query can well solve the problem of the accuracy of query matching in stateless Web services.
