随着科学技术的进步、社会主义有计划商品经济的发展和企业承包经营责任制的推行,现行规定的固定资产折旧方法有必要改进,笔者提出如下意见,请教有识之士。
With the progress of science and technology, the development of a planned commodity economy in socialism and the implementation of the responsibility system for undertaking contracting of enterprises, the existing fixed assets depreciation methods need to be improved. The author puts forward the following opinions and consults people of insight.
