牛黄解毒片、新癀片均为含有牛黄的中成药,具有清热解毒,消肿止痛的作用。两药合用在功效上有协同作用,故联合应用的时候应根据患者的实际年龄、病情,在剂量上作适当调整。本文通过对一病例的用药分析认为,要按《中成药临床应用指导原则》联合使用中成药,尤其是服用兼有西药成分的中成药时应注意中成药的各药味、各成分间是否存在配伍禁忌;药性峻烈的或含毒性成分的药物应避免重复使用;多种中成药的联合应用,应遵循药效互补原则及增效减毒原则,功能相同或基本相同的中成药原则上不宜叠加使用;同时须加强用药观察及中药不良反应监测。
