我厂用 E600真空直读光谱仪作铸造铁水五种元素的炉前分析。通过试验,我们认为应用直读光谱仪作铁水的成分分析,关键在于三个方面。第一,激发试样要求高纯度的氩气气氛保护;第二,试样分析表面层要求是全白口组织;第三,要解决直读光谱用的铸铁标准样品。一提高氩气纯度.保证样品的正常激发我厂使用的 E600真空直读光谱仪,以纯氩作激发的保护气氛。为了正常地激发铸铁样品,使之产生浓缩放电,保证稳定的积分时间,要求纯氩的杂质含
