目的:研究糖尿病时脑组织的病理变化,探讨细胞内钙沉积对脑损伤的影响。方法:利用超微细胞化学钙染色方法观察STZ诱发糖尿病大鼠脑组织细胞内钙的分布及缺血后的变化。结果:电镜观察显示糖尿病大鼠脑组织细胞内钙沉积明显增加,缺血后神经细胞及胶质细胞突起内出现明显的钙积聚。结论:结果提示细胞内钙沉积可能参与了糖尿病对神经细胞的损伤以及高血糖加重脑组织缺血性损伤过程
OBJECTIVE: To study the pathological changes of brain tissue in diabetes mellitus and to explore the effect of intracellular calcium deposition on brain injury. Methods: The intracellular calcium distribution in STZ-induced diabetic rats and the changes after ischemia were observed by using ultramicrocytochemical calcium staining. Results: Electron microscopy showed that intracellular calcium deposition in diabetic rats increased significantly, and significant calcium accumulation occurred in neurites and glial cells after ischemia. Conclusion: The results suggest that intracellular calcium deposition may be involved in the damage of nerve cells by diabetes and the hyperglycemia aggravates the ischemic injury of brain tissue
