目的观察八珍益母胶囊对药物流产后阴道流血时间的影响。方法将80例药物流产术后患者随机分为两组,试验组于妊娠囊排出后当日起口服八珍益母胶囊,3次/d,3粒/次,连续服用7d后,观察药流后阴道流血时间及宫腔蜕膜残留率。结果试验组患者术后出血时间缩短,出血量减少,与对照组相比有显著差异,P<0.05。结论八珍益母胶囊在具有缩宫止血作用的同时,又具有植物雌激素效应,可做为药流术后子宫复旧促进剂推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of Bazhen Yimu Capsule on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Eighty patients after medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group took the Bazhen Yimu capsule three times a day, three pills per time after the discharge of gestational sac. After 7 consecutive days, the vagina was observed Bleeding time and uterine decidua residual rate. Results The bleeding time of the experimental group was shortened and the bleeding volume was decreased, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Bazhen Yimu Capsule has the effect of restraining hemostasis while having the phytoestrogen effect, which can be used as promoting drug of uterine involution after medical abortion.
