概述了当前中国流动儿童计划免疫状况,从流动儿童父母的文化程度和职业、居住时间、卫生资源投入的比重偏低等方面论述了开展流动儿童计划免疫工作难的原因。此外还提出了流动儿童计划免疫的管理对策,即加强部门合作、加强宣传教育、增加卫生经费投入、提高基层计免医生的素质、推广应用“金卡”及“多联多价”疫苗使用、加强全国儿童预防接种信息系统平台建设等。
The current status of planned immunization of migrant children in China is summarized. The reasons for the poor immunization of migrant children are discussed from the perspectives of migrant children ’s educational level, occupation, living time and the low proportion of health resources invested. In addition, the management countermeasures for the immunization of migrant children are put forward, that is, to strengthen departmental cooperation, strengthen publicity and education, increase investment in health funds, improve the quality of doctors at the grassroots level, and promote the application of “gold card” and “multi-price / ”Vaccine use, strengthening national information platform for vaccination of children and other platforms.
