磐安县是浙江省贫困县之一,县政府十分重视名茶开发。该县土特产公司和农业局通力协作,在浙江农大的技术辅导下,试制成功了磐安“云峰”名茶,1988年11月,金华市科委对该茶进行了鉴定。由茶叶科技专家、教授及技术人员组成的鉴定委员会,通过认真审查和品评,一致认为该茶品质特优,具有“三绿一”
