本文报道12例患慢性化脓性腮腺炎患者,采用导管内注入青霉素、庆大霉素治疗,并加超短波的理疗,初步疗效观察。12例病例经1～3个疗程治疗后临床症状消失,经评定均达到治愈疗效标准。并经6个月至7年随访无复发。本组病例中男性6例,女性6例,病程3个月至4年,术前均注碘油造影确诊,并经X光照片检查无导管结石。由导管内注入抗生素治疗慢性化脓性腮腺炎确具有操作简单,患者易接受,有一定疗效等优点,易在临床推广应用。
This article reports 12 cases of patients with chronic suppurative parotitis, catheterized penicillin, gentamicin treatment, plus ultrashort wave therapy, the initial observation. The clinical symptoms disappeared in 12 cases after 1 ~ 3 courses of treatment, and the curative effect standard was reached after the evaluation. And no recurrence after 6 months to 7 years follow-up. This group of patients, 6 males and 6 females, duration of 3 months to 4 years, were diagnosed before lipiodol angiography confirmed by catheterization and X-ray examination of stones. Injecting antibiotics in the treatment of chronic suppurative parotitis indeed has simple operation, the patient is easy to accept, there are some advantages such as efficacy, easy to promote the clinical application.
