构建与社会主义基本价值观相协调的市场伦理观是我国市场经济发展中的又一重要课题。西方以利己主义为重心的市场伦理观不能直接用来作为社会主义市场伦理的基础。笔者认为，应从等价交换、平等竞争、公正互利的市场准则出发来构建适合我国国情的市场伦理观，以使市场经济真正成为社会主义性质的市场经济。
The construction of market ethics in harmony with the basic values of socialism is another important issue in the development of the market economy in our country. The western market ethics with self-interest as the core can not be directly used as the basis of socialist market ethics. The author believes that market ethics that suits China’s national conditions should be constructed based on the market exchange standards of equal exchange, equal competition and fair and mutual benefits so that the market economy can truly become a socialist market economy.
