公交网络评价涉及多个属性具有不确定性,针对现有研究忽略决策者的态度对其影响,提出一种基于决策者风险态度的公交线网评价模型。通过引入区间数刻画属性指标的不确定,定义决策者风险态度的区间映射函数,将该多指标公交网络决策评价问题映射为传统的点值决策问题。基于TOPSIS的方案排序方法,通过对风险态度因子的不同取值进行方案排序的灵敏度分析,从而选出最佳公交线网方案。最后,结合一个算例,验证了模型和算法的有效性。
Bus network evaluation involves multiple attributes with uncertainties. In view of the fact that the existing research ignores the attitude of decision-makers, this paper proposes a bus network evaluation model based on the risk attitude of decision-makers. The interval number is used to characterize the uncertainty of the attribute index and the interval mapping function which defines the risk attitude of the decision maker is defined. The decision problem of the multi-target public transit network is mapped to the traditional point value decision problem. Based on the TOPSIS program ranking method, the sensitivity analysis of program ranking through different values of the risk attitude factor to select the best bus network solution. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.
