一、命题的背景及必要性论证现代信息技术的发展,现代艺术、科学、工程、社会、环境的开拓性立体交叉,特别是CAAD的挑战,使越来越多的设计工程师(尤其是建筑师)开始深信,现代建筑是复杂的社会——工程系统,“建筑功能——环境效益——人情化”是不可脱节的一个整体,寻求综合指标优化设计方案决不是一个或几个专家所能奏效的,而必须依靠专家系统的帮助,特别是靠更新传统的观念与思维方法,采用现代设计方法及理论。正是从此种意义出发,笔者认为:实施建筑系统工程优化设计的真正前途,在于构造新的数学评价模型。“扫方法盲”的意义比单纯“扫机盲”更重要。为此本文从广义可靠性工程的观点出发,提出了在建筑工程各个专业(建筑学、结构、电气、设备、经济分析)开展可靠性设计及设计质量可靠

The background and necessity of the propositions Demonstrate the development of modern information technology, the pioneering three-dimensional intersection of modern art, science, engineering, society, and the environment, and in particular the challenge of CAAD, which has led to more and more design engineers (especially architects). It began to be convinced that modern architecture is a complex social-engineering system and that “building function-environmental benefit-humanization” is an inseparable whole. The search for an integrated indicator optimization design scheme is by no means an effect of one or several experts. , and must rely on the help of expert systems, especially by renovating traditional ideas and thinking methods, adopting modern design methods and theories. It is from this point of view that the author believes that the real prospect for the implementation of optimal design of building systems engineering lies in the construction of new mathematical evaluation models. The meaning of “blind method blindness” is more important than pure “scanning machine blindness”. For this reason, from the perspective of generalized reliability engineering, this paper proposes reliability design and reliable design quality for all major disciplines of architecture engineering (architecture, structure, electrical, equipment, and economic analysis).
