目的评价虎皮猫在降压物质检查中的应用。方法按中国药典和中国兽药典降压物质检查法,测定虎皮猫对戊巴比妥钠、磷酸组织胺反应的灵敏度并进行供试品的降压物质检查。结果虎皮猫对戊巴比妥钠的麻醉时间为11.41min,对磷酸组织胺灵敏度合格率为93.06%。结论虎皮猫适用于降压物质的检查。
Objective To evaluate the application of tiger skin cat in the study of antihypertensive substances. Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia antihypertensive substance test method, the sensitivity of tiger skin cat to the reaction of pentobarbital sodium and histamine phosphate was determined and the antihypertensive substance of the test substance was tested. Results The result showed that the tiger skin cat had 11.41min anesthesia on sodium pentobarbital and 93.06% sensitivity to histamine phosphate. Conclusion tiger skin cats suitable for the inspection of antihypertensive substances.
