目的观察氦氖激光局部照射治疗足癣并感染的疗效。方法观察并总结43例足癣并感染患者应用氦氖激光照射配合抗生素、抗真菌药物治疗的效果,并与对照组相比较。结果痒痛缓解、红肿消退、糜烂面结痂及痊愈时间均显著早于对照组,疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光照射有止痒止痛、杀灭病原微生物、改善局部血液循环、促进创面愈合的作用,应用于治疗足癣并感染效果明显。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of He-Ne laser local irradiation on tinea pedis and infection. Methods 43 cases of tinea pedis were observed and summarized, and the effects of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with antibiotics and antifungal agents were compared with those of the control group. The results of itching relief, redness subsided, erosion surface scab and recovery time were significantly earlier than the control group, the effect was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion He-Ne laser irradiation has antipruritic and analgesic effects, killing pathogenic microorganisms, improving local blood circulation and promoting wound healing. It is effective in treating tinea pedis and infection.
