采用理论分析和计算机仿真等方法对HJXK-1型超长边坡渠道削坡开槽一体机的桁架和刀具进行了研究,并在中线南水北调工程潮河段进行了现场试验。试验表明,HJXK-1型超长边坡渠道削坡开槽机能够确保施工精度,削坡、开槽合格率达100%,工作性能稳定;较传统的人工配合挖掘机工作方式,该机器削坡效率提高了1.18倍,费用节约了71.7%,开槽效率提高了3倍,费用节约了85.8%。
The trusses and tools of the HJXK-1 ultra-long slope slope-cutting and grooving machine are studied by means of theoretical analysis and computer simulation, and field tests are carried out in the tidal river section of the mid-route South-North Water Transfer Project. The test shows that the HJXK-1 super-long slope channel grooving and grooving machine can ensure the construction precision. The pass rate of slope cutting and slotting is 100% and the working performance is stable. Compared with the traditional manual excavator working mode, Slope efficiency increased by 1.18 times, cost savings of 71.7%, slotting efficiency increased by 3 times, the cost savings of 85.8%.
