笔者于1980年以来,自制“胃痛散”用于临床脾胃虚寒性疼痛,疗效较好,兹介绍于下。胃痛散方:炙党参20克,炒白术20克,白茯苓20克,炙甘草10克,陈皮6克,木香9克,砂仁6克,淮山药15克,炒黄柏6克,川楝子9克,枳壳5克,吴茱萸9克,三七9克,白芨12克,白芍9克,制香附12克,海螵蛸15克,丹参12克,黄芪20克,肉桂9克。将方中各药依法炮制,充分干燥后,取三七、砂仁、肉桂分别捣碎,加入其余药物,研成细粉,通过80目筛3至5次,混合均匀。
