本文采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验及Ames试验对鸣洲健身酒进行了诱变性研究。结果表明该产品无致突变作用 ,从而为其安全性提供了科学依据。
In this paper, the mutagenicity of Mingzhou fitness wine was studied by the micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes, the mouse sperm abnormality experiment and the Ames test. The results show that the product has no mutagenic effect, thus providing a scientific basis for its safety.
