一、前言某銅矿选矿厂处理两种含銅矿石,一种是蛇紋石磁鉄含銅和磁鉄矿含銅矿石(顏色暗黑,称黑矿石);另一种是滑石、阳起石含銅矿石(顏色灰白,称白矿石)。两种矿石性质相差悬殊,可选性差別极大。白矿石易选,銅回收率可达85—90%;黑矿石难选,銅回收率一般仅达50%左右。因此每当入选矿石中黑矿石比例增加时,即导致选矿厂銅回收率明显地降低。生产实践表明,当入选矿石中黑矿石比例占10%肘,选矿厂銅回收率可达88~90%;占20~30%时,銅回收率为80%左右;占30~40%时,銅回收率为70~80%;占50~60%时, 銅回收率則明显地降低到65~70%。
