高职教育承载着社会经济发展的重任,也是推进现代产业结构升级转型的主要力量。随着我国示范性高职院校办学模式改革地不断深入,基于“政行校企”四方联动机制建设已经成为当前高职教育改革的主要课题。湖南外贸职业学院作为湖南省示范性高职院校,在探索人才培养机制中坚持“诚信立身、勤奋立业”的办学理念,始终围绕“面向世界、面向市场、面向学生、面向未来”的办学思路,在推进校企合作机制中,从问题中寻找出路,逐步形成了以“会、园、企、校”为主体的四方联动新机制。
