新产业(又称新兴产业)?在我国的“十五规划”里对它有大段的论述。也就是说国家对于发展新兴产业是有其战略设想的,但是这个问题并没有引起全社会的高度关注和重视。
The new industry (also known as emerging industries)? In our “Tenth Five-Year Plan” in a large section of its discussion. In other words, the state has its strategic vision for developing emerging industries, but this issue has not drawn much attention and attention from the whole society.
