随着科技与经济、社会的协调发展,人们对决策后果越来越注意研究,不仅研究事后,而且更注意事前。属于这方面的研究,有预测学和未来学的部分内容,近些年来美国人发展出“技术评估”的工作,被认为是最适宜的工具。在匈牙利,八十年代以来出现了对“社会风险”的研究,集社会科学自然科学和工程技术的各门学科于一炉,倡导所谓学科间(Interdisciplinal)研究,颇有点日本人所说的“社会技术”的味道。为向读者提供这方面的信息,本刊特译载以下的会议报导,愿读者诸君分析比较。
With the coordinated development of science and technology, economy and society, people pay more and more attention to the research on the consequences of decision-making. They not only study the after-events but also pay more attention to them in advance. Belongs to this study, part of the predictive and futurology, Americans in recent years to develop a “technical assessment” of the work, is considered to be the most appropriate tool. In Hungary, research on “social risks” has emerged since the 1980s. It sets the disciplines of the social sciences of natural sciences and engineering technology in a furnace and advocates the so-called interdisciplinary study, quite a bit of what the Japanese call “ Social technology ”flavor. In order to provide readers with information in this regard, we hereby publish the following conference report, and wish you readers analysis and comparison.
