目的:探究助产士分级授权管理模式对产房质量的影响。方法:对青田县人民医院产科2012年4月~2015年4月期间收治的220例产妇作为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组产妇采用常规的管理方法,观察组产妇采用助产士分级授权管理模式。比较分析两组产妇产房各项质量的控制水平、产妇对产妇管理的满意度。结果:观察组产妇会阴侧切除率、切口愈合不良率明显低于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对产房管理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将助产士分级授权管理模式应用于产房质量管理之中效果显著,能够有效降低切口愈合不良率以,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of midwifery grading authorization management on delivery room quality. Methods: 220 maternal women admitted to Qingtian County People's Hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to time sequence. The control group maternal use of conventional management methods, observation group maternal grading license management model. Comparative analysis of the two groups of maternity ward quality control, maternal maternal management satisfaction. Results: The rate of perineal resection and incision healing in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group maternal satisfaction with delivery room management was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying grading authorization management model of midwife to delivery room quality management has significant effect, which can effectively reduce the rate of incision healing and improve patient satisfaction.
