本文是我厂近几年来在机床故障修理方面累积起来的一些点滴经验。所列事例,是经常遇到的故障和行之有效的修理方法。当然每一故障产生的原因是多方面的,往往一项小故障,若仅仅从可能性方面去分析,会牵涉到机床各部份的一系列问题。本文仅就其中经过实践的经验集中起来,不包括完整的故障分析,以免将故障原因复杂化,反而将实际指导修理的意义冲淡。
This article is my factory in recent years accumulated in the machine tool repair some dripping experience. The listed cases are frequently encountered problems and effective repair methods. Of course, each fault is caused by many factors, often a glitch. If it is analyzed from the perspective of possibilities, it will involve a series of problems in all parts of the machine tool. This article only on the practice of which experience together, does not include a complete failure analysis, so as not to complicate the cause of the malfunction, but will actually guide the meaning of the repair diluted.
