大同矿区煤峪口矿井307盘区在开采11#、12#合并层下分层时,受“两硬”条件及冲击地压影响,发生内因火灾并进行了全盘区封闭。通过307盘区1#、4#、8#、9#、10#密闭监测各种气体组分的变化,采用单一指标气体浓度变化速率判断指标进行封闭火区燃烧状态分析,并采用气体组分率RT定量分析计算法判断封闭火区启封时复燃的可能性。经分析得出,封闭火区火源基本处于熄灭状态,但是存在高温阴燃点,启封后有复燃可能性。针对分析结果,提出307盘区8702下工作面的启封方案并进行施工,启封期间火区内气体组分变化很小,火区状态基本稳定。
In Datong Mining Area, Meiyukou Mine No.307 is affected by “two hard ” conditions and rock burst under internal mining 11 # and 12 # combined layers. An internal fire broke out and the whole area was closed. The changes of various gas components were monitored airtightly by # 1, # 4, # 8, # 9, and # 10 in panel 307, and the combustion state of the closed fire area was analyzed by using the single gas concentration change rate judgment index. Rate RT quantitative analysis of the calculation method to determine the possibility of reopening closed fire zone unsealed. The analysis shows that the fire source in the closed fire area is basically extinguished, but there is a high temperature smoldering point, and the possibility of re-ignition after the unsealing occurs. According to the result of the analysis, the unsealing scheme of working face 8702 under panel 307 was put forward and the construction was carried out. During the unsealing, the gas composition in the fire zone changed little and the fire zone status was basically stable.
