In this article, we illustrated the preparation method of γ Al 2O 3 ultrafine particles. The particle size and morphology were decided by a transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and crystal patterns were determined by an X ray diffractometer (XRD). γ Al 2O 3 ultrafine particles have ultra characters in physics and chemistry, and the hydrogen peroxide biosensors based on it display not only fast response and high sensitivity, but also good stability.
