天然水中常含有各种微生物,但一般数量不多。当水被人畜粪便、生活污水或工业废水污染后,水中细菌可大量增加。所以,水的细菌学检查,特别是肠道细菌的检查是生活饮用水受粪便污染的直接指标。因此,可以通过检查水中细菌总数和大肠菌群数、来间接判断水质受污染的程度。我们根据卫生防疫要求,对万全县60多个改良和未改良水源,作了细菌学的检查。
Natural water often contains a variety of microorganisms, but generally not many. When water is contaminated by human or animal waste, domestic sewage or industrial waste water, bacteria in the water can increase considerably. Therefore, the bacteriological examination of water, especially intestinal bacteria, is a direct indicator of drinking water contaminated by faeces. Therefore, by checking the total number of bacteria in the water and coliform bacteria, to indirectly determine the extent of water pollution. According to the requirements of health and epidemic prevention, we conducted a bacteriological examination of over 60 improved and unimproved water sources in Wanquan County.
