双节棍风靡于现代社会,成为一个发人深思的文化现象。文章运用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对双节棍的起源与价值进行研究。结果认为,双节棍最早起源于打麦的农具———连枷棍。在唐代,这种农具被军事家们改进并用于守城的兵器。至清代已经发展成用于击打的短兵器,后渐发展成现今的双节棍。双节棍作为武术的一个门类,有着独特的魅力,由于其技术简明,较容易掌握,所以赢得了众多青少年的喜爱。研究结果表明,双节棍运动具有强身健体、修身养性、休闲娱乐、教育和经济价值。
Nunchaku popular in modern society, a thought-provoking cultural phenomenon. The article studies the origin and value of nunchakus using literature and questionnaire. The results suggest that nunchakus originated in the wheat farm tools --- flail stick. In the Tang Dynasty, such implements were improved by military strategists and used as defensive weapons. To the Qing Dynasty has developed into a short weapon for striking, then gradually developed into today’s nunchakus. As a category of martial arts, nunchaku has a unique charm. It has won many young people’s favorite because of its concise technique and easy grasp. The results show that nunchaku exercise with physical fitness, self-cultivation, recreation, education and economic value.
