学校的发展离不开优秀的管理团队,其中高素质中层管理团队建设显得尤为重要,是决定学校未来发展质量的关键,更是学校组织结构中承上启下的要件。本文结合本校实际情况,试从学校中层管理人员所应具备的素质视角出发,初步提出其队伍建设的“五化”策略。
The development of the school is inseparable from the excellent management team. The construction of a high-quality middle management team is particularly important. It is the key to determining the quality of the school’s future development. It is also the key requirement in the school’s organizational structure. Based on the actual situation of our university, this paper tries to put forward the strategy of “five aspects” of team building from the perspective of the qualities middle school managers should possess.
