为观察麝香糖蛋白成分麝香1对体外白三烯B4激活的大鼠中性白细胞某些功能,包括超氧阴离子产生和溶酶体酶释放的影响,采用大鼠中性白细胞体外温孵系统,用细胞色素C还原法测定超氧阴离子的产生量。以酚酞葡糖醛酸和MicrococusLysodeikticus为基质的酶反应法测定β葡糖苷酸酶和溶菌酶的释放量。结果:与对照组比较,麝香1在1μg/ml~100μg/ml终浓度下,可使中性白细胞超氧阴离子生成量增加287%~2021%,可使β葡糖苷酸酶释放量降低3%~46%,使溶菌酶释放量降低6%~32%。提示麝香1对LTB4激活的大鼠中性白细胞的功能有明显影响。抑制溶酶体酶释放可能是麝香抗炎作用机制之一
To observe the effects of rutin-1, a rutin component of protein, on rat leukotriene-activated rat neutrophils, including the production of superoxide anion and release of lysosomal enzymes, an in vitro incubation system for rat neutrophils was used. The cytochrome C reduction method was used to measure the production of superoxide anion.
