以安全壳过滤排放系统对甲基碘的去除为背景,采用碱性硫代硫酸钠溶液作为吸收工质,对甲基碘气体的去除特性进行实验研究。结果表明:溶液温度、系统压力、气体流量以及液位是影响甲基碘去除效果的重要因素;溶液温度对甲基碘气体去除的影响表现出分区效应;在0~80℃范围内,随着温度的增加去除效率变化明显,化学反应过程是限制该区域去除效率的主要因素;当温度高于80℃时,去除效率对温度的变化不再敏感,传质过程成为影响效率的主要因素;系统压力和液位对去除效率的影响均表现为线性关系,压力和液位的提高能够显著改善气体吸收过程;相反,气相容积流量的增加会导致甲基碘气体吸收效率明显降低。研究中还进一步发现,入口气体浓度的变化对去除效率的影响很小。
Taking the removal of methyl iodide from the containment filtration and drainage system as the background, the removal of methyl iodide gas was studied by using sodium thiosulfate solution as absorbent. The results showed that solution temperature, system pressure, gas flow rate and liquid level were the important factors affecting the removal efficiency of methyl iodide. The effect of solution temperature on the removal of methyl iodide showed partitioning effect. With the range of 0 ~ 80 ℃, When the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the removal efficiency is no longer sensitive to the change of temperature, and the mass transfer process becomes the main factor that affects the efficiency. The system The effects of pressure and liquid level on the removal efficiency are linear. The increase of pressure and liquid level can significantly improve the gas absorption process. On the contrary, the increase of gas volume flow will lead to the obvious decrease of gas absorption efficiency of methyl iodide. The study also further found that the change of inlet gas concentration had little effect on removal efficiency.
